Pedals, Parties & Paradise: Why Queen City Cycle Boat Is the Ultimate Jersey Shore Experience

If you’re headed to LBI and looking for something fun, different, and ridiculously memorable to do with your crew – look no further. Welcome aboard the Queen City Cycle Boat: the original party pedal boat on the Jersey Shore.

What Is a Cycle Boat Anyway?

Think: your favorite bar, but it floats. And you have to kind of earn your drinks by pedaling (don’t worry—it’s a team effort and not mandatory). We cruise around the calm waters of Beach Haven with up to 24 people onboard, music bumping, drinks flowing, and views for days.

Here’s What a Ride Looks Like:

  • Bring your crew – Bachelorettes, birthdays, family vacays, work outings, or just an excuse to day drink? Perfect.

  • Bring your drinks + snacks – It’s BYOB, so pack those seltzers and sandwiches.

  • We’ve got the music covered – Or bring your own playlist and take over the Bluetooth.

  • Pedal if you want to – But we’ve got a motor, too, so you can chill while your friends do the work.

  • Laugh a lot – Seriously, we dare you not to.

Why We’re Different

There are other boats out there. But there’s only one Queen City Cycle Boat—and we’re proud to be the first and only cycleboat with pedal stations on LBI. We’re not just a booze cruise. We’re a floating party, a photo op, a workout (if you want), and a vibe all in one.

Don’t Just Take Our Word for It…

You’ll see us in action all summer long—dancing on the deck, waving to the dock, and probably singing too loud. Follow us on Instagram [@QueenCityCycleBoat] and see what the hype’s about.

Ready to Ride?

  • Book your spot before we sell out—summer weekends fill up FAST

  • Launching from Beach Haven, right in the heart of LBI

  • BYOB, good vibes, and your people. That’s it.

Book now and make this summer unforgettable!

Original. Fun. Pedal-powered. Party-ready

Bachelorette Parties On LBI, NJ

So you have your besties, a date and a house on LBI – you are ready to have the time of your life at your bachelorette party! While great company on the beach is the backdrop for a great getaway before the big “I Do,” we put together a list of fun activities to add to your itinerary. Make sure you check out Host on the Coast as well for all of your planning needs!

  • Of course, Queen City Cycle Boat is a must! We have private options and many time slots available for booking here. Don’t forget your charcuterie from our fave, One Board Blonde!

  • Pack a picnic with items from Pearl Street Market and head to the beach for some fun in the sun, followed by frozen cocktails at the outside bars at the Sea Shell

  • For a casual dinner night, head to Blue Water Café. Make sure you try the chowder! While you are waiting, head next door to Sink R Swim Men’s Shop and get something to bring home to your hunny.

  • Surprise your girls (or your bride!) with a unique picnic from Picnic Perfect LBI.

  • Looking for a great sunset for dinner? Head to Parkers Garage (more upscale) or Polly’s Dock (a cute little hidden gem). Both are BYOB!

  • Get your energy back with some necessary (and delish!) coffee from Guapo’s.

  • Rent Surrey Bikes from Surf Buggy Bike Shop and DIY a scavenger hunt – who can get to The Black Whale for a shot of tequila the quickest?

  • Stop at Barry’s Do Me a Flavor for Fish Tacos and a Pamwich

  • If you are here on a Sunday, hit Bird & Betty’s “Daqs on the Deck.” You don’t HAVE to have a famous Shipwrecker, but it is recommended!

  • Take an afternoon to visit the Island’s great shopping choices such as Sur la Plage, How to Live, Farias and the shops in Schooner’s Warf/Bay Village (make sure to grab the most amazing fudge from Country Kettle).

  • Set up a painting class with The Bunk House in Schooners Warf.

  • Grab a bottle of bubbles from Rommel’s and head to Uncle Wills for great breakfast eats and a little hair of the dog 😊

  • For a true clam bar experience, hit up Dock & Claw

  • Stop at the Hudson House late night for some drinks and classic games – LBI’s favorite dive bar

  • Ride the pink bus to Nardi’s

  • Dance the night away at The Sea Shell, The Marlin and Bird & Betty’s

  • LBI has the BEST sunsets. Head to the roof of Tucker’s Tavern for specialty cocktails and to watch the sun go down.
